Now its 2020 and the speculation is that by 2030 Hispanics will be the majority in the U.S. However, it doesn’t matter what they call it since we do not measure the different Latino/a ethnic groups as one monolith and if we did, the race and “culture” of the dominant power structure in this country would still be WASP.
