People and Global Organisations has two assessment assignments which both form Component A.  So, in order to pass the module you need to pass with an overall mark of 50% or higher.

Assignment 1
This is an individual storyboard presentation using the template below which outlines the analysis of your and your team’s experiences of the Personal and Professional Development module simulation.

Additionally, the storyboard presentation needs to clearly show the sequence of the argument and key ideas you intend to present in your final analysis (Assignment 2) and the theories/academic literature you intend to use in your analysis (Assignment 2).

This first assignment is designed to give you personalised formative feedback for your full analysis and also second assignment.

However, there will not be any marks allocated to this submission.  You will receive feedback only.

This is an executive summary of a report (1,500 words) which presents a critical reflection and also analyses your and your team’s experiences of the Personal and Professional Development module simulation.
Weighting 80%.

The Assessement is based on your experience in your PPD Module stimuation group.  The storyboard presentation is to give you formative feedback for your final report and also executive summary (marked element).  Both pieces of work are individual and need to be your own work.
The main report (maximum 4,000 words, submitted not marked) suggested format:
Main body which explores your main argument in relation to the three themes and is critical and also analyses your experience in the simulation group using the theories and academic literature.
Also, recommendations derived from your discussion.
